CATL, a leading battery technology company, has announced the development of its Ideal MEGA model, which will feature a peak power capacity of 5C and can charge to 80% in just 9 minutes. The car will have a range of 400 km on a single charge and will be available for purchase in December. The company has also announced plans to build over 300 super charging stations by 2023 and 3,000 stations by 2025. The Ideal MEGA will have a unique "bullet-like" front face and will measure over 5.3 meters in length, with a width of around 2 meters and a height of around 1.8-1.9 meters. The car will feature a large triangular windshield and a dual-screen setup for the driver and passenger.
