**Employment Agreement*** Employees must carry a corresponding ID or pass and present it to authorities upon request.* Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes an administrative offense punishable by a fine up to €5,000.**Workwear*** Each employee will receive a festival-specific work jacket from the organizer.* The return procedure for the jacket is governed by company guidelines. If the jacket is not returned or is damaged intentionally, the employee must pay a minimum of €50 as damages to the event organizer.**Side Agreements/Changes*** Any side agreements or changes require written form to be effective.* This written form requirement cannot be waived orally or tacitly.**Data Processing Consent*** By signing this employment agreement, I consent to the processing of my personal data (name, title, email address, etc.) for the purpose of job application and employment.* The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. I am over 16 years old, or my parents have given their consent if I am under 16.**Data Protection Rights*** Employees have the right to withdraw, obtain information, correct, complete, erase, restrict, and receive a list of processed data.* They can exercise these rights by contacting info@fkpscorpio.com.**Important Notes*** The event organizer reminds employees that violations of this employment agreement and/or applicable laws (including data protection laws) may result in disciplinary action, fines, or criminal penalties.
