Lexie Grey

Lexie Grey was a surgical resident at Seattle Grace Hospital, where she developed close relationships with her sister Meredith and colleagues Alex Karev and Mark Sloan. She also had a complex family history, particularly with their father Thatcher Grey. Lexie's career and personal life were marked by significant events, including her time as a medical student at Harvard, her residency under Cristina Yang, and her interest in neurosurgery. She died after the plane crash that killed many of the hospital's staff.
