Amith has made significant contributions to the growth and success of INGS through his data-driven approach and high-impact projects. His accomplishments include:1. Identifying opportunities for INGS expansion in the Amazon Private Brands (APB) selection by analyzing factors such as priority browse nodes, complementary browneodes, and 3P presence. He identified 21 browse nodes where INGS had strength for selection expansion.2. Improving ASIN eligibility by identifying mistagged ASINs and removing widget configurations that were necessary for brand-level eligibility.3. Increasing the INGS APB leadpool by partnering with IN Private brands and licensing team, sourcing supplier lists from auditing agencies directly, and pitching to contract manufactures. He achieved a 77% EOY ASIN launch goal by Wk34.4. Optimizing the program trial period for APB brands, reducing the effective trial duration by 50%, increasing program dissatisfaction, and leading to early brands attrition. Amith worked with the APB program team to optimize the program trial period and include automated brand gating as part of their OP.5. Ensuring SR compliance for APB brands by creating a biweekly cron job to fire automated emails to AMs to nudge brands to renew SR certificates. He achieved an 82% compliance rate (96% goal) by Wk34 and reduced SLA from 10 days to 3 days.6. Conducting high-impact data/dashboard works, including EBA SP recruitment strategy, Attributes Query, FTAC Drive, and CDM WBR. These works helped operational teams and became INGS level drives.
