The purpose of this notice is to describe the privacy practices regarding information collected when using TxT.2. State law provides that users are entitled to be informed about the information that the state collects about them and to request, receive, and review that information.3. TxT records user information, including name, email address, phone number, date of birth, driver license/ID number, and social security number (only for verification purposes).4. TxT uses cookies to gather information, personalize the experience, and improve the product.5. Information collected during an online transaction is used to complete transactions with state agencies or local governments, send confirmation emails, and provide information about state agencies or TxT enhancements.6.
